Batur Sunrise Guest House has the right to refuse/cancel any bookings where the guest numbers exceed the room capacity and the guest refuses to accept or pay the additional fees. Children 5 years and under will not be considered as an extra person. All guests arriving with additional people not included in original booking must agree to pay the additional expenses or maybe subject to refusal to stay/cancellation of their booking. Batur Sunrise Guest House will not be responsible for finding alternative accommodations for guests who exceed or breach these terms & conditions.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
