As the property is located in the same street as heavy construction and will be subject to some noise. - The road access is bumpy, not smooth and perfect. It is not asphalt/paved, could be muddy after a long rain, and have potholes here and there. The villa's access is presently undergoing road construction, making it impossible for cars. However it can be accessed by scooter. Please acknowledge this before reserving. Work site is completely out of the host’s scope.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
