We usually arrange the pick-up with our driver and will send you the confirmed pick-up time the day before, around 7:00 PM. The driver will also contact you as soon as he arrives at your hotel lobby. Pick-up and drop-off at the same location are free of charge. However, if the pick-up and drop-off locations are different, an additional fee may apply depending on the drop-off location. We can also arrange pick-up from South Bali, including Uluwatu, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Kuta, Seminyak, Kerobokan, Canggu, Denpasar, Sanur, and Ubud. This service is available at an additional cost of IDR 150,000 per person for round-trip transportation. Note: For guests staying in South Bali, pick-up will be scheduled approximately 4 hours before the activity start time.
