Meeting point & pickup

Pickup is available from all hotels, villas, and accommodations in popular areas such as Seminyak, Kuta, Legian, Canggu, Ubud, Sanur, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Denpasar. Please provide your hotel or villa name and full address when booking. We will confirm the pickup time after receiving your location. For pickups outside the main tourist areas (e.g., far north or east Bali), additional charges may apply — we will inform you in advance. Airport or port pickup is also available — please include your flight or boat details (arrival time, airline, terminal, etc.) when booking. You will receive a message via WhatsApp or SMS the evening before your tour with the final pickup time and driver details.
