By the time of the meeting, a Penih Trekking transport company driver will arrive at your hotel or villa. You need to wait for the car at the hotel reception or at the entrance to the villa. The transfer will take you to the base at the foot of the Batur volcano. At the base, you will meet with other members of the group and get acquainted with the instructor, who will give a short briefing and give out flashlights. You will be offered breakfast: banana pancakes, tea and coffee. Then the car will take you to the starting point of the trekking. Depending on the workload of the starting point, the driver will take you directly to the point or stop in 15-20 minutes walking distance from it. *Note that travel time might take 2-4 hours depending on the traffic
